Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats., the Town of Elderon assessment roll for the year 2024 assessment will be open for examination on the 23^th day of April, 2024 at the Town of Elderon Community Center 215401 Black Cherry Dr. Eland, WI. 54427 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Instructional material about the assessment, how to file an objection, and board of review procedures under Wisconsin law will be available at that time.

Notice of Open Book and Board of Review

Open Book for the Town of Elderon will be held on Tuesday April 23, 2024 from 4pm. to 6pm. at

at the Town of Elderon Community Center.

Board of Review for the Town of Elderon will be held on Tuesday April 30, 2024 from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm at the Town of Elderon Community Center.

The March Town Board Meeting has been changed to March 4th at 7:00 instead of Tuesday March 5th.

This years road projects include some crack filling and chip sealing on the following roads. Beginning from Highway 153 on Black Cherry Road to County Road II will be chip sealed and crack filled. Also on the Western part of Pike Lake will be chip sealed and crack filled also. We don’t have an exact date when these projects will begin.

Earlier this spring our salt shed was written up for a few items that will need repair. We will be putting a new steel roof and two new sliding doors. This work will be done by Koepke Construction. 

A Special Board Meeting was held Monday – March 22, 2021 at 7 P.M. to hear comments from town residents on the new Comprehensive Plan. Their was very little discussion on the plan so the Board did pass the ordinace to approve the plan for the next ten years. The meeting was adjourned at 7:25. 

The Comprehensive Planning Commission presented their plan to the Town Board on Feb. 9, 2021 for approval.  The Board passed the resolution and will be postiing a Class 1 Notification for a Special Public Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on March 23, 2021 for all residents who would like to attend.
